De tijd van opgeleid worden voor een baan en daar 40 jaar zitten is allang voorbij. Jongeren weten dat – beter dan ouderen – maar al te goed. Bedrijven dwingen iemand na twee flexcontracten in dienst te nemen, kan ook betekenen dat ze weer iets anders moeten zoeken. Dan is het belangrijk, dat ze daar mee om kunnen gaan!
